FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Twenty Two Tuning offers free shipping with all our products. This service is limited to the initial shipping of the items and is built into the pricing of the product you are purchasing.
Twenty Two Tuning’s Free Shipping Policy does not include the importation or duty on import of goods into their destination country. The clearance of items into their destination country is usually processed by the shipping service provider however in some cases the shipping service provider may require additional information about the shipment. If this is the case with your order Twenty Two Tuning will contact, you to assist with the import clearance into your destination country.
SHIPPING TIMES (ESTIMATED)
Your Items will be shipped within Ten working days of your order being placed in normal circumstances. If an item needs to be manufactured to your order and this process will take more than the Ten working days we estimate, you will be contacted by email and informed of this. We estimate our shipping times to be Ten working days to most countries, however this period is an estimate and can be exceeded if unforeseen issues arise within the shipping process. Any items that are not delivered within a Ninety-day period will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. This is our maximum deadline for a shipments delivery which only applies to items that have been misplaced in transit.
RECEIVING YOUR ITEM
Upon receiving the item, you should inspect the product for defects before accepting the item from the courier. If the product is damaged or you are not happy in any way, the product should not be signed for as Twenty Two Tuning is not liable for any return shipping costs incurred if damaged or defective goods are accepted from the delivery service.
Twenty Two Tuning’s Free Shipping Policy does not include the importation or duty on import of goods into their destination country. The receiver is the Importer on record for the clearance of items into their destination country. This usually processed by the shipping service provider however in some cases the shipping service provider may require additional information about the shipment. If this is the case with your order Twenty Two Tuning will contact, you to assist with the import clearance into your destination country if required.
Failure to complete clearance on items shipped to you from Twenty Two Tuning will lead to an item being either returned or destroyed which Twenty Two Tuning Reserves the right to deny any refund claim due to importation failure.
Items that are returned to our holding facilities will be charged a return fee which is determined by the shipping service provider used for the initial shipping. This cost will be deducted from any refund you may be due upon the items return. We will inform you of this cost prior to issuing any refund.
Items that are deemed uneconomical to be returned due to high return shipping costs will be destroyed and Twenty Two Tuning is not liable to offer any refund if items are destroyed by shipping providers due to import clearance failures.
